• After the death of the king his twin children inherited the throne. As they could not see eye to eye, they decided to split the country in a northern and a southern part. There is still a lot of discord between the two, regularly leading to warfare near the border. A civil war could be imminent.

• The south has opium crops. The north is less fertile but has copper mines.
